Project Overview

I worked as Frontend Technical Lead during the discovery phase of a real-time trading and administration platform. The work was mostly about reducing uncertainty: talking with stakeholders, challenging assumptions, clarifying requirements, documenting architectural choices, comparing implementation options, and producing estimates that could be used for budget and delivery planning.

Technical Implementations & Highlights

  • Led discovery work for a fixed-price delivery discussion:
    • Defined the scope and expected discovery deliverables
    • Created architectural decision records
    • Organized requirements into implementation-ready areas
    • Prepared estimates, risks, trade-offs, and delivery steps
  • Evaluated a modern frontend direction using:
    • Next.js with server components
    • shadcn component library
    • Tailwind CSS styling
    • Real-time stock data visualization
  • Turned unclear product expectations into a plan the client could use for budget decisions and next-step planning.
