Project Overview

I led frontend development for a carbon credits e-commerce and trading platform built from scratch. My work covered the frontend stack, team onboarding, review practices, and core product areas such as marketplace, trading, admin, chat, and real-time user flows. A big part of the job was making the product shippable: choosing an SSR-friendly approach for SEO and maintainability, keeping quality visible, and helping the team deliver on time.

Technical Implementations & Highlights

  • Shaped a maintainable frontend foundation for a product that had to support marketplace browsing, trading flows, and admin operations.
  • Built real-time trading experiences with WebSockets and TradingView lightweight charts.
  • Delivered marketplace and e-commerce functionality, including Shopify integration and embedded app behavior.
  • Contributed to hiring and onboarding so the frontend team could move independently without losing technical consistency.
  • Worked closely with PM, BA, QA, backend engineers, and stakeholders to keep delivery expectations realistic and visible.
