Project Overview
I joined this project after the application had already started to grow in a direction that was hard to maintain. My main contribution was rebuilding the frontend architecture into a cleaner feature-oriented structure, standardizing the UI layer, tightening review discipline, and increasing unit test coverage. When delivery became blocked by smart contract behavior, I went into the problem with the team and helped move it forward instead of treating it as someone else's area.
Technical Implementations & Highlights
- Reworked the frontend structure so features were easier to find, change, and review.
- Standardized usage of Material UI components and shared UI patterns.
- Improved unit test coverage and made testing a more visible part of everyday delivery.
- Supported admin workflows for blockchain-based game operations, including smart-contract-adjacent behavior and game economy configuration.
- Helped unblock delivery by digging into smart contract integration issues together with the team.
